Josh Rogers is the co-owner of RESULTS Fitness, a boutique style personal training/group fitness studio located on the famed Music Row, as well as RESULTS Fitness 1212 located in the swanky 1212 high-rise in the Gulch. RESULTS was voted "The Best Local Gym/Health Club, and Rogers was voted "The Best Personal Trainer" in the Nashville Scene's "Best Of Awards" for the past four years.
Josh holds a bachelor of science degree in Exercise Science from Western Kentucky University. He holds his personal training & group fitness certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. His talents have been featured on CMT, MTV, and the Travel Channel.
Rogers is also a regular fitness personality on Nashville's NBC affiliate Channel 4's "More at Midday," and the ABC affiliate Channel 5's "Talk of the Town." His expertise has been featured in various local & national publications, including Nashville Lifestyles, Starr Magazine, among many others. Josh released his self titled workout DVD, "No Excuses!!!" in the fall of 2009, which garnered national attention.
Josh is a brand ambassador for lululemon athletica in the Hill Center. His list of A List celebrities include, Todd & Savannah Chrisley of the hit reality show, "Chrisely Knows Best;" Olympic Gold Medalist & Dancing with the Stars Champion, Shawn Johnson; as well as many other notable personalities.
Rogers is very passionate and involved in various charities throughout Middle Tennessee, which includes Nashville Cares, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee, Achilles International of Nashville, Survivor Fitness, the Oasis Center, & KIPP Nashville. Josh also has an extensive modeling background, which includes print, commercials, & music videos.

My goal with this four-week, affordable workout program is to bring fitness to you in the comfort of your own home. Our busy schedules can make getting to the gym impossible some days, so why not bring the gym to you? All you need is access to the internet, free weights, a resistance band, an exercise ball, jump rope, and a positive attitude.
